The bioreactor makes process development, small-scale and large-scale production of cell and gene, such as stem cell and Adeno-associated virus (AAV), easy and straightforward.

Cells are transfected with plasmids to generate viral vectors. AAV viral particles accumulate in the cytoplasm and the media, so total yield can be enhanced by lysing the cells

- Propose standard stirred-tank bioreactors with microcarriers or packed-bed bioreactors with Fibra-cel Disks
